Here are your options for delivery/collection.
1. Orders over £50, regardless of size, are eligible for free Royal Mail 48 hour tracked postage.
2. Orders under £50, UK delivery is £4.95 and your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour.
3. Or you have the option for Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour which is £5.95 (THIS OPTION WILL BE REMOVED WHEN I'M AWAY)
You will be notified of your tracking number by email. Please check this tracking number on the Royal Mail website for all updated information relating to your order.
Your order will usually get to you within 3-5 working days but, this could take longer if there is an unforeseen circumstance (eg Royal Mail strike, Weather etc).
I post out every day Monday-Friday, and if you order before Midday it will be sent the same day.
3. If you live locally you can buy online and collect from me at your convenience! (my address is below).
I'm afraid that I cannot take responsibility or liability in cases where delivery has been attempted and no-one has been available to sign for your package.
EUROPE - Standard European delivery will cost £13.95 and will be a tracked service with Royal Mail (If your shipping works out less than this when I am processing it with Royal Mail I will refund the difference).

REST OF WORLD - Standard International delivery will cost £24.95 and will be a tracked service with Royal Mail (If your shipping works out less than this when I am processing it with Royal Mail I will refund the difference).

If you order products from my site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that I have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
I always hope you are delighted with your purchase, however if you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund here is what you need to do…
1. All items must be unworn with the tags attached and sent back in the original packaging within 14 days. (Due to hygiene reasons earrings are non returnable)
2. When I receive your items back they will be inspected and where the item complies with the above a full refund will be given within 14 days and you will be notified by email. Or if you'd like to exchange your item or receive a gift card instead please send me an email.
