DELIVERY OPTIONS

Thank you for shopping at Boutiquemma!

Here are your options for delivery/collection.

UK DELIVERY

1. Orders over £75, regardless of size, are eligible for free Royal Mail 48 hour tracked postage.                                     

2. Orders under £75, UK delivery is £4.95 and your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour. 

3. Or you have the option for Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour which is £6.95 (THIS OPTION WILL BE REMOVED WHEN I'M AWAY)

You will be notified of your tracking number by email. Please check this tracking number on the Royal Mail website for all updated information relating to your order. 

Your order will usually get to you within 3-5 working days but, this could take longer if there is an unforeseen circumstance (eg Royal Mail strikes, weather etc). 

I post out every day Monday-Friday, and if you order before Midday it will be sent the same day.

3. If you live locally there is an option to collect from me at the checkout (my address is below) - I will contact you when your order is ready to collect.

I'm afraid that I cannot take responsibility or liability in cases where delivery has been attempted and no-one has been available to sign for your package.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

EUROPE - Standard European delivery will cost £13.95 and will be a tracked service with Royal Mail 

Please allow 3-5 business days for arrival in normal conditions.

REST OF WORLD -Standard International delivery will cost £24.95 and will be a tracked service with Royal Mail .

Please allow 6-7 business days for arrival in normal conditions.

If you order products from my site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that I have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
