This so pretty! Long sleeve top with gorgeous all over ruffle detailing. Slight puff shoulders, balloon sleeves with elasticated cuffs and can be worn tied up at the front or lower with a cami underneath or threaded through the loop hole and wrapped around, tied to the side or back...lovely worn with jeans or trousers and heels for an evening out.
